Gregg Edmonds

Gregg Edmonds is a Senior Director with Morningside Group. He was previously a transaction service advisor with Alvarez & Marsal and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he performed due diligence, business modeling, assessments of financial risk areas, contract reviews, and evaluations of complex accounting matters. Gregg has extensive experience analyzing business drivers, cash flows, quality of earnings, working capital, potential liabilities and risks, and their impact on valuation. He has provided technical support for transaction related filings with the SEC, played lead roles in operations integration planning and execution, and supported clients in post-acquisition purchase price disputes. He has worked on a significant number of international projects and complex carve-out transactions.
