Michael Harrington

Michael Harrington is a Senior Associate with Morningside Group. Prior to joining Morningside, Michael worked as an Assurance Associate with Cohen & Company’s Audit Practice. Michael has worked with a variety of clients across various industry sectors including manufacturing, distribution and construction services. During his time at Cohen, Michael worked on developing audited financial statements for privately held companies generating between $50MM – $600MM in revenue. His work helped ensure client financial records were deemed materially accurate and fell within the standards set by the PCAOB. Michael received a dual Bachelor of Science in Finance & Accounting from the University of Dayton.
