  • Worked closely with executive leadership on the successful spinoff of a frozen potato products business unit, with revenues of ~$2.9B, into a publicly traded company, creating an HR function from the ground up, building out management teams, and establishing a strategy and process for workforce planning, evaluating, and developing employees
  • Led the integration of a new HRIS platform, prioritizing immediate needs vs. features that could be delayed until revenue targets were achieved, utilizing short-term solutions where appropriate.
  • Built out teams in HR, Finance, and IT functions. Using a workforce plan, monitored anticipated growth and replacement needs.
  • Developed and implemented a performance management program allowing leaders a standardized method for evaluating and communicating employee performance.
