Gregg Edmonds was previously a transaction service advisor with Alvarez & Marsal and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he performed due diligence, business modeling, assessments of financial risk areas, contract reviews, and evaluations of complex accounting matters. Gregg has extensive experience analyzing business drivers, cash flows, quality of earnings, working capital, potential liabilities and risks, and their impact on valuation. He has provided technical support for transaction related filings with the SEC, played lead roles in operations integration planning and execution, and supported clients in post-acquisition purchase price disputes. He has worked on a significant number of international projects and complex carve-out transactions.

Snezhana has also participated in a number of financing and M&A transactions during her career.

Ms. Kiseleva took a lead role in the wind-down and integration of a significant back-office operating unit for Prime360, one of the largest national suppliers of whitewood pallets in the United States, working extensively with the acquiring platform company. She provided support to Private Equity Portfolio Firms and helped them implement sound accounting processes and bookkeeping practices. Snezhana has also driven Day 1 setup and 100-day integration transition plans for numerous add-on acquisitions for private equity clients.
