Enterprise Systems Support

  • Led an implementation for $65M national manufacturing client who was experiencing growing pains and needed an ERP & E-Commerce solution to scale with their expanding business to generate efficiency from order to fulfilment process.
  • Completed a discovery audit of all existing business units and documented key processes and risks
  • Provided client with multiple viable options on platforms at various price points and discounts
  • Led and managed the implementation of the selected system and assisted in training, data transfer, go-live, and post go-live support

IT Diligence Insights

  • Led the project to develop a custom application for a $70M leading supply chain client who was facing issues due to rapid growth and difficulties in their order to cash process.
  • Assessed all IT facets within the client’s environment including hardware, software and human assets
  • Identified key risks relating to the software library and documentation
  • Assessed and provided viable resolutions relating to risks/conflicts of interest between client’s decision maker and existing vendor by conducting in depth interviews with all stakeholders.
  • Debriefed and made recommendations to the client regarding undisclosed incoming MSP rate changes that were in the pipeline
  • Provided recommendations on missing documentation around testing of Disaster Recovery plans and backup testing

Cloud Enablement

  • Led a cloud enablement project for a $35M mid-sized services company needing a scalable/secure cloud environment that could support organizational growth.
  • Mapped all hardware and software assets in inventory
  • Led cloud vendor selection process evaluating on features and price
  • Built a transition plan and configured optimal resource plan for executing the transition to the cloud environment
  • Generated and tested onsite/offsite/cloud backups as well as multi-location disaster recovery plan which previously did not exist

Data & Analytics

  • Led the project for a PE Group focused in the services sector who sought actionable insights from diverse financial and operational data sources.
  • Assessed the existing software and reporting packet
  • Researched and deployed a cost- effective solution that was a best fit to connect multiple financial softwares
  • Generated a daily data sync schedule
  • Worked in tandem with MSG Finance team to align “chart of accounts” for all entities and automated PE Groups reporting packet adding 250 canned reports for management
